Countermats are perfect for larger surfaces. We offer more types and sizes of countermats than anyone. (See below) We have Cloth mats, Microthin, Repositional (upon request), Flip-top, Waterproof (laminated), Plastic laminated (natural rubber base and EVA rubber base <1/8"> available in Satin, Gloss, and Matte finish), 3D Linticular mats, and more. These can be cut up to 21 1/2" x 18 1/2". Read below for details of each.

Cloth-Top Counter Mats
     Soft and comfortable like cloth-top mouse pads, these counter mats are great for protecting large surfaces. These counter mats are printed using the dye-sublimation method which allows for permanent spot or full color printing. Cloth-top mats are made of polyester cloth top with a natural rubber base.

Microthin 
     A very economical counter mat. As it is very thin, it is also lightweight, thereby reducing the shipping costs.  Available with either spot or 4-color printing, the ink is printed directly onto the laminate. This produces a very high quality and very durable counter mat.

Repositionable
     Repositionable counter mats are made with an adhesive backing which drastically reduces slippage. Ink is printed directly onto the plastic laminate. Spot and 4-color printing is available.

Plastic Flip-Top Mats
     These mats are becoming more and more popular. Made of printable plastic, the mats have a clear layer on top that raises up allowing you to place a photograph or other printed image or text underneath which is viewable when lowered back down.

Waterproof Mats
     These counter mats are quite unique. Either 4 color or spot printing is printed on white polystyrene then laminated to prevent scratching. All of our backing materials are available for these mats. These are perfect for environments where liquid or humidity might be a factor. These are available is satin, gloss, and matte finish.

Plastic Laminated Mats
     Printed in either spot or 4-color printing, the ink is placed between the base material and a protective plastic over-laminate. These are available is satin, gloss, and matte finish. These pads are of superior quality.

3D/Linticular
     These pads are unbelievable. They create many special 3D effects such as the following:
3D Background - A foreground image remains still while the background seems to move "around" the image.
Morphing - One image will "morph" into another.
Full Movement - These pads can reproduce the effect of full motion movement.
Multi-Image Advertising - One image transforms into another as the mat is moved. Excellent for showing logos or images if various ways.
Zoom In/Out - Have an image virtually jump off the mat as it zooms in and out.

     All 3D simulations happen by moving the mat from side to side or top to bottom.
