What kind of different custom mouse pad products I can choose from?

How much do custom mouse pads cost?

This will depend on the type and quantity of pads or mats you purchase. We'll give you a complete price quote. If you wish, we'll have a Customer Service Representative call you.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity of custom mouse pads?

Are there any set-up fees?

Sometimes. Most products do not have but some, depending on quantity do. Pads requiring set-up fees will be marked as such.

How do I get my image to you?

You can get your image to us in a couple of different ways.

If your image is already in digital format, you can attach it to an E-mail or mail it to the address below. We accept any standard pc image format (jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp, etc.) We do not accept Corel, Publisher, or Word or PDF files.

If your image is a photograph, it will need to be scanned and converted into a digital image format before it can be printed onto a pad. We recommend that the customer scan the image themselves if possible to be sure they are pleased with the final image quality. However, if you cannot scan it, we'll be glad to do it for you. Simply mail it to us at the following address:

How do I know if my image is ready to be printed?

There are several things to consider before submitting your image.

We require that all images be exactly the size of the product you're ordering with 1/8" bleed over on every side.

If you're not sure it's ready, please feel free to send it to us and our graphics dept. will check it and make any necessary recommendations. We can usually make any adjustments or corrections if needed. Click here to find out how to get your image to us.

Things to consider concerning your image are;

It is bright enough?
Are the colors correct?
Are there any specific instructions concerning text placement, etc?

Also, take into consideration the fact that most mouse pads have rounded corners with the smallest curve radius being1 1/2". If text or other artwork are placed into one of the corners, it's possible that it will get cropped off during printing so make sure to consider the space limitations. And remember to make sure that there is approx. 1/8" of space around the edges to allow for image bleeding.

My image is not finished. Can you help me?

We will do our best. Please feel free to send your image to us and we'll be glad to check it out at no cost. E-Mail us to get your image(s) to us.

How much will it cost to get help with my image?

We don't charge for graphic designs work for a one-hour free design time. If more time is required to get an image prepared we recommend having a graphics design team prepare one or find a royalty free image. If you need help with your image, please E-mail us and let us know hat your situation is. We'll be glad to help you in any way we can.

What type and size should my image be?

Any and all designs need to be in direct proportion to the shape and size of the product you're ordering. For example, if your order is for 5000 pads measuring 7" x 8", your image should measure 7" x 8" plus 1/8" bleed over space on every side of the pad.

Ex. 7" x 8" pad = 7 1/4" x 8 1/4" image

We currently accept most standard pc image formats. Examples are jpeg, gif, tiff, psp, bmp, wmf, etc.

We do not accept the following:
Microsoft Publisher, Corel, Microsoft Word, Illustrator, PDF or .sea files.

If you're unsure about image size, simple E-Mail us and let us know what size pad you want and we'll let you know the best size for the image.

I have an idea for a custom mouse pad but no finished image. Can you help me?

We will try to create the image you want for your custom mouse pads. Due to the high volume of customers who order custom products, we are limited to one hour of time to design an image. If we do not complete a satisfactory custom design, we recommend utilizing the resources of a graphic designs team or locate an image. There is no cost for this service. E-Mail us and tell us what the vision for your pads is and we'll do our best to help you create it.

Note: The customer must have permission from the owner to print the image for custom use. We do not print images that we consider vulgar or offensive.

Can I use an image from your in-stock pads?

Yes. This is a new service here at Atlas Mouse Pads. For smaller orders, 100 or less, you can mix and match the pads. (Custom mouse pads are $5.99 ea. for any quantity of less than 250 pads.) For orders of more than 100 pads, you can choose one mouse pad design for your order. E-Mail us if you are interested in orders of more than 1000.

No other custom mouse pad company provides as many images to choose from. We hope to have the entire library of free images up soon.

What do I do after I send you my image?

When we receive your image, we'll send it to the graphics dept. They will check it our and make sure it's ready to print. If any changes are needed, we'll let you know and recommend any necessary changes that should be made.

After everything has been approved, it's time to place your order.

What is the turnaround time on custom orders?

Usually not more than two weeks. In fact, we often ship within a week. Of course this will depend on the quantity of pads you order. We suggest that you E-Mail us and request an estimated shipping date.

How much does it cost to ship my pads?

Again, this will depend on the quantity and size of the pad products you order. Please feel free to E-Mail us and ask for an estimated shipping cost. We will need to know the quantity and type of pads you want to order.

Are there price breaks for larger orders?

You'll find our price lists are always current on pricing and less than any of our competitors. We have priced our products as low as we can and still bring you the highest quality of products available.

What printing method do you use?

We use a variety of printing methods used for custom mouse pads. This will depend on the type of pad you want.

For the "Memory Foam" wrist rests, provide one-color printing only.
For soft-top counter mats we use full color dye-sublimation.
All other products can be printed with one-color or four-color printing.
